Toad Lily (Tricyrtis hirta) - also known as the Poor Man’s Orchid. This perennial has star shaped white flowers with amazing purple spotting in late Summer and Autumn before becoming dormant in the Winter season.

Toad Lilies prefer full to partial shade with a moist but well drained soil. In cooler areas mulch to protect from frost once plants become dormant.
