RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CREDITS POLICY

Gardenworld Nurseries are more than happy to exchange goods within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Plants that have been planted, mishandled, neglected, or wilted due to not being watered or cared for during their time in your possession will NOT be accepted for an exchange, return or refund.

Refunds will only be considered on the presentation of “Proof of Purchase” that being a Gardenworld Receipt showing details of items purchased.

For a Change of Mind within 30 days, we are not able to give cash refunds, and credit notes will be issued where applicable. Change of Mind returns will not be eligible for a Freight/delivery refunds and items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Costs associated with Change of Mind items requiring re-delivery will be at the customer’s expense.

Defective items requiring re-delivery, will be at Gardenworld Nurseries’ expense.

Plants that die within 14 days of purchase are subject to review by the staff of Gardenworld Nurseries to determine the cause. A replacement will be provided if the product is found to be defective. Plants killed by incorrect handling or treatment by the customer will NOT be replaced or refunded.

If a delivered damaged item is returned to us for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If the refund is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to be processed into your account. Please contact us before returning the item for a refund to organise this process.

If an item you purchase does not flower or fruit with the correct colour, form or variety; our customer service department must be notified within the first growing season for your items to be eligible for replacement.

Potting Mixes, fertilisers and other growing media are NOT refundable.

Annuals sold in punnets and cell-packs such as seedlings, herbs, vegetables, one season potted colour etc will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Discounted and “on sale” items will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate information and descriptions of every item, differences in climate, soils and growing conditions may cause differences with various characteristics. The information and images provided may not be completely accurate when grown in your particular climate or growing conditions.
