Red Russian is a mid to late-season fruiting heirloom variety which will require staking. The fruit is a large, ruby red colour once ripe and has an excellent flavour. Very prolific variety. Plant alongside chives, marigold, nasturtium, basil, calendula or sage to enhance flavour, pest protection and growth.
