Thyme Seeds

Thyme is an easy to grow herb seed known for its strong flavour. It can be direct sown into 10cm pots by sticking four evenly spaced holes in the potting mix and sprinkling around 10 seeds in each hole and then covering. It can then be grown in your garden, in bigger pots on the patio, or even indoors in a hydroponic smart garden. A pollinator plant, attracting bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. 

It is best when combined with robust meat and vegetable dishes.  Thyme is the perfect herb to enhance soups, vegetables, and poultry, as well as red meat and dishes cooked with wine.
