Shallot 'Golden' – 6 pack

An easy to grow Shallot which has dark golden-brown skin, white flesh and rounded shape. Beautiful when roasted or slowly cooked until it caramelises. Can be stored for a few months if harvested correctly. Harvest once the foliage begins to fall over. Dig up, dry and clean bulbs. Separate bulbs leaving larger bulbs for replanting in Winter. Keep stored in a cool dry place.Plant from April to July.
