Saladini is a carefully balanced Mesclun (mix) of salad greens providing an attractive combination of colours, greens and reds and varying leaf shapes. Tender, crisp and succulent textures with spicy, sharp and sweet flavours blended into a memorable salad mix. Quick to harvest and ready to serve with just a simple dressing. This blend of special lettuces, raddichios and Italian endive have the ability to "cut and come again", so they will resprout and grow again.
