Rosemary 'Chef’s Choice' is a hardy, aromatic herb with rich green foliage and excellent flavour. This semi-prostrate variety is ideal for cooking, being extremely flavourful with high oil content, and grows well in border and pot plantings. Small blue flowers in winter and spring, popular with pollinators. It thrives in full sun with well drained soil, requires only moderate watering once established, and benefits from light trimming to maintain a compact shape.
