Plum Damson is a hardy and productive plum tree valued for its rich-flavoured fruit and ornamental spring blossom. Plant in a sunny position with well drained soil for the best growth and fruit production. It produces small, oval fruits with deep blue to purple skin and firm green/yellow flesh, ideal for jams, preserves, cooking, and fresh eating when fully ripe. 

Size typically, it grows to around 3–4m high and wide.
