Skin: 'Packham’: Green skin with lenticels matures to yellow when ripe. ‘Williams’: Pale green matures to yellow when ripe.

Flesh: ‘Packham’: White, firm. Very juicy when ripe. ‘Williams’: White, juicy and tender when ripe.

Flavour: ‘Packham’: Rich, very good balance. ‘Williams’: Sweet, very good.

Available June - July each year, until sold out.
