A narrow, upright cultivar of superb colour and form. Flowers are a stunningly vibrant red shade, each with an elegant and textured 'curl' appearance, blooming profusely through summer and sometimes lasting into early autumn. Blooms look stunning against foliage, which appears a strong dark green during summer, and some moderate orange tones come autumn. Growth habit is good, growing compact and upright, either as a large, narrow shrub, or a smaller tree. Excellent specimen plant, and can be used to great effect throughout gardens and landscapes thanks to its excellent summer appeal. Looks stunning in rows against a wall or fence, providing stunning depth and colour to its surroundings.
