Grevillea Red Coral 20cm

'Red Coral' is an attractive prostrate Grevillea variety sporting bright red brush-like flowers and soft, green-grey, fern-like foliage. This naturally dense form of bottlebrush makes a great flowering groundcover, and can be further encouraged to smother weeds with tip pruning after flowering. Its flowers are highly attractive to nectar-loving insects and birds, greatly improving garden biodiversity. 'Red Coral' is well-suited to Australian conditions, and is right at home in waterwise and native gardens as well as rockeries and streetscape plantings. 

Drought tolerant, only requires watering during extended dry periods. Lightly pruning after flowering can improve growth and next season's floral display, as can applying a native slow-release fertiliser (we recommend Osmocote Native Controlled Release).
