Geranium Big Purple 20cm

Geranium ‘Big Purple’ is a robust and eye-catching perennial with large, saucer-shaped flowers coloured a vivid purple that bloom profusely from late spring through summer above mounds of deeply cut, semi-trailing green foliage. These bright blooms grace the garden for extended periods, attracting pollinators and making for stunning accent and feature plantings in garden beds. This long-flowering variety is also spectacular for borders, groundcover, or underplanting shrubs, where it provides a fantastic pop of seasonal colour. Excellent in pots and containers, and can make for a superb hanging basket option.

Thrives in well-drained, moderately fertile soil. Add liquid fertiliser monthly and dead head spent flowers to encourage more blooms to appear during flowering season.
