Australian Purple Garlic is a popular hardneck garlic variety with rich flavour and purple-striped skins. Seperate and plant cloves in a sunny, well-drained position with the pointed end facing up, spacing 10–15cm apart. Keep soil moist and harvest when foliage begins to yellow.
