French Echalion (5 bulbs) is a mild, sweet-flavoured onion variety, ideal for cooking, roasting, and salads, producing long, banana-shaped bulbs with excellent storage qualities. Plant in full sun in well-drained, fertile soil and water regularly during active growth.
