Eggplant Redskin Seeds

Egg plant redskin is possibly the most tasty variety available, but is unlikely to be found in green grocers for it hasn't the thick tough skin for commercial handling. The small lustrous fruits are oval and grow in a rich range of colours from red to orange. The silky smooth tender flesh is firm and meaty while the skin is most palatable making this variety ideal for anti pasta dishes.

When to sow:

Late Winter to early Summer. Cold areas Spring only. Tropical all year round.
