A Victorian-bred hybrid variety that can flower for 5 – 6 months of the year. Rose pink buds open to masses of white/blush pink blooms edged soft pink to pink. 'Sweet Jane’s' new growth in autumn and spring has a beautiful coppery, deep-red hue over its bushy, upright foliage. Best results are achieved with well prepared and well mulched soil and a landscape position which offers protection from the extremes (Hot/cold winds, excessive heat/frost etc.).

If planting as a hedge or screen we recommend planting with a spacing of between 0.9m to 1.5m apart.
Use the narrower spacing where a dense, bushy hedge is required quickly, and wider spacings for a superior long-term effect.

'Sweet Jane' is suitable for planting in both, sunny or lightly shaded positions.
