Callistemon Great Balls of Fire 14cm

This is a spectacular, upright, dwarf, compact native perennial. Callistemon 'Great Balls of Fire' has been bred in Australia over two decades. The new foliage is a lovely bright red and matures to a deep green. This is the ideal plant for a low-medium hedge, however, if it is pruned to be kept in shape it may not flower very often. Flowers usually appear in spring and summer. Best used in native gardens, general landscaping, mass plantings and pots. Low water requirements once established. Can tolerate moderate frosts and dry conditions once established.  Use a native potting mix if grown in pots.
