Boronia megastigma 14cm

Boronia megastigma (Brown Boronia) is a compact, evergreen shrub prized for its small, bell-shaped brown and yellow flowers and intensely fragrant scent, blooming in late winter to spring. It prefers a partly shaded, sheltered position with moist, well-drained, acidic soil rich in organic matter. Keep the soil consistently damp (not soggy), especially during flowering, and mulch to retain moisture. Boronia can be sensitive to root disturbance and prefers cool roots with good air circulation. Light pruning after flowering encourages bushiness.

Size at maturity: approximately 1–1.5m high and 0.5–1m wide.
