Mushroom Kits - Grow your own mushrooms.

White Button, Portabello or a combination of the two.

This box contains white button mushrooms. First harvest in 3-4 weeks after set up.
A quick way to grow mushrooms at home. Keep in a cool dark place. Laundry or garage is ideal.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR MUSHROOM KIT:
Step one: Check to make sure the compost has a nice white frosting of mycelium. Open the bag of peat moss and spread evenly over the top of the mycelium.
Step 2: Use a fork and gently loosen the mycelium underneath the peat moss, until it is nice and fluffy.
Step 3: Mist the mushroom kit! You can mist either water your kit daily or every second day. But this will depend on where they are kept in the house, shed or greenhouse. Check them daily. 
Step 4: Keep in a dark room! After about 10 days you should start to see mushrooms sprouting!
