Cauliflower ‘Pegasus’ is an easy-to-grow variety producing large, firm white heads with excellent flavour, protected by lush green leaves. Grow in full sun in rich, well-drained soil, and feed regularly with a liquid fertiliser for best results; harvest in around 15 weeks and space plants 30cm apart.

Prepare soil with well-aged manure or compost mixed thoroughly before planting. Plant into a hole slightly wider than the pot, water in deeply, and ensure containers are spacious and filled with quality potting mix if growing in pots.
