A true baby beetroot developed for the gourmet market by Dutch breeders. Spinel is particularly uniform in size and shape growing quickly to produce the most tender and sweet, deep red ball shaped beets 3-4cm in diameter.

When to sow:

In all mild, warm-winter areas, sowing can start in July and continue through to autumn. In colder areas, August to late summer. Tropical areas, avoid sowing December to January.
