Magnolia stellata, commonly known as Star Magnolia, is a striking deciduous shrub or small tree known for its fragrant, star-shaped white flowers that bloom in late winter to early spring in Australia. It prefers a sunny to partly shaded position with well-drained, slightly acidic soil and benefits from protection against strong winds and late frosts. Ideal for feature planting or small gardens, it adds a burst of beauty before most other plants awaken for the season.

Size at maturity: 2–3 metres high x 2–3 metres wide
