Crepe Myrtle - Lagerstroemia indica 'Red Magic' 20cm

An early bloomer with an excellent red colour. Flowers are prolific, and bloom an incredibly vibrant shade of red in early summer. They look stunning against deep green summertime foliage, which provides excellent contrast and makes the blooms stand out exceptionally well. Spring foliage emerges with a red tinge, foreshadowing the superb summer hues. Form is good, with a rounded and dense habit, making a great a medium-sized shrub once mature. Makes a great flowering hedge, or a stunning addition to mixed borders, and can be used in garden and flower beds to great effect.
