Seed Starter Granules

Wildflower Seed Starter Granules are soaked in smoky water containing Karrikinolide, the substance in smoke that helps to trigger germination. Smoke treatment has been shown by research to improve germination rates of many Australian wildflower seeds and the strength of seedlings.

When to use: Use when sowing the seeds.
How to use: Sow seeds as per instructions then add granules to the surface of the potting soil and water in. Alternatively, if instructed on the seed packed, mix a small quantity (e.g. 1/2 gram) of the granules in hot water, soak seeds before sowing.
Contents: approx. 5 grams.
Coverage: approx. 1300sq cms or 2 seed trays.
