The classic semi-dwarf evergreen magnolia that has set the standard for Australian gardens for over 30 years. 'Little Gem' is a beautiful, compact, and upright evergreen that produces large white, fragrant blooms in spring and summer, and has dark, glossy-green leaves with an attractive velvet-like brown underside. 

Ideal tree for adding contrast and texture into your garden design. Grows to a maximum height of 4-5 metres and 2-3 metres wide, but can be trimmed regularly to half this size.

Watering: Water regularly once established except in dry periods where it will benefit from a deep soaking.
Soil: Prefers a well drained soil.
