Maidenhair Fern - Adiantum 17cm

The Maidenhair Fern is an elegant, evergreen pet friendly plant with fan-shaped leaflets on polished black stems that arch gracefully. These plants are the best to use indoors in a well-lit room, conservatory or outdoors in a sheltered position.  If kept outside, place in a shady position in rich, draining soil.

Maidenhair Ferns can also be used in terrariums for a fun display in the home. Keep them away from heaters and air conditioning units as they will scorch the edges of the leaves. These plants have high water requirements. They need to be kept moist at all times of the year but not soaked.
