Ceratostigma Summer Sky 14cm

'Summer Sky' is a versatile, multi-use perennial that delivers delightful powder-blue flower heads from mid-summer to early winter. Hardy and low-maintenance, 'Summer Sky' is perfect for adding resilient colour to mixed borders, containers, embankments, coastal gardens, and garden beds - it's fantastic as a mass planting option, and retains its colour in shaded plantings. The foliage, too, is eye-catching, taking on autumnal yellows and oranges as the season arrives. 

We suggest using 'Summer Sky' for instant effect in gardens, as it grows vigorously and requires very little maintenance once established. It's excellent in low-light areas, and can generally be used around the garden for low-maintenance, high-impact plantings. 

Removing flower stems after the main display can encourage further flushes. Apply a slow-release fertiliser (we recommend B-Green Organic Slow Release) in early spring and mulch well to retain moisture during extreme drought periods.
