Prostanthera rotundifolia 14cm

Prostanthera rotundifolia (Round‑leaf Mint Bush) is a charming, aromatic native shrub with rich green, round leaves that release a refreshing minty scent when brushed. The leaves have a strong minty, sometimes slightly spicy flavour, and are sometimes used as a flavouring in teas, desserts, or garnishes. In spring it bursts into clusters of mauve‑purple (and sometimes pink or white) flowers, drawing in bees and adding lovely colour to the garden. Prefers full sun to part shade and well‑drained soil, being tolerant of dry conditions once established. 

Size: Grows to approximately 1.5–2 m high × 1–2 m wide.
