Kaffir limes are best known for their aromatic and flavourful leaves, adding an authentic taste to Asian (especially Thai) cuisine. Fruit are bumpy and not very juicy, but zest from the skin is incredibly potent and another excellent source of flavour for curries, soups, and stir fries. Grows well in pots and in the garden.
