The Cumquat 'Courtyard' variety is a compact, ornamental citrus tree prized for its small, sweet-tart fruit and attractive, glossy foliage—perfect for pots or small garden spaces. Prefers a sunny position and free-draining soil. Water regularly, allowing the topsoil to dry slightly between watering, and feed with a citrus fertiliser during spring and summer. It can tolerate light frost and is ideal for courtyards, balconies, or decorative edible hedges. 

Size at maturity: approximately 1.5–2m high and 1–1.5m wide
